Standard Double Rooms offer a private bathroom with shower and can be set up with either a double bed or two single beds. Deluxe Double Rooms provide a large bathroom with either a shower or bathtub, and the option of a double bed or two singles. Most Deluxe rooms have a walk-in closet or a built-in wardrobe, and some include a balcony. Two Deluxe rooms feature a sofa that converts into a third bed and can be interconnected. Junior Suites vary in layout but all include a double bed, a sofa that converts into a third bed, and a private bathroom with shower. Some Junior Suites have a wardrobe or a walk-in wardrobe; one has a fireplace, one is arranged on two levels, and two others have a tub at the foot of the bed in addition to the shower. Romantic Suite has a double bed, a sofa, a balcony, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. Suites feature a double bedroom and a separate living area. Some have a fireplace in the master bedroom and others are on two levels. They include spacious wardrobes or walk-in closets, a coffee machine, and two TVs. Bathrooms include a shower, and some have a Jacuzzi. Certain two-level suites include a balcony or a second bathroom. The Deluxe King Suite is a two-story suite with wood paneling, a double bed, and a sofa bed upstairs, plus a service bathroom. Downstairs features a master bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet, two balconies, and a living area with two armchairs that can be transformed into two single beds. Chalet Eden Mountain Restaurant serves classic Italian cuisine and specialities from the Aosta Valley. The restaurant uses authentic products from organic growing and controlled farms. LE COQ AU VIN features a bar/lounge. Eating at the organic restaurant is presented as an experience with a focus on freshness, tradition, and taste. The Chalet Eden's cellar offers a selection of wines, with a focus on the local territory and native vines of the Vallée.

Chalet Eden offers ski-in/ski-out access. Guests can use the sauna and rent bicycles. The property provides 600 sqm of well-being space. The SPA offers specialized services and wellness treatments. The Wellness Zone is 300 square meters and includes a swimming pool with heated water, an outdoor sauna, and a whirlpool. The Wellness Zone is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for guests over 14 years old. Children aged 5 to 13 can access the pool from 12:00 to 15:00 with an adult. The relax room, sauna and hydromassage are for adults only, and children under 5 are not allowed in any area of the wellness area.

Chalet Eden is in the heart of La Thuile, a ski resort linked with the French district of La Rosière. The family-run property is 200 metres from the Espace Piccolo San Bernardo cable car. The hotel is at the confluence of two return slopes. Turin is 200 km away.
